 S'ton University Ladies Lost to SportsDirect Fitness Ladies 2 in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 10 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Matilda Witte winning through.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 135 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Abigail Tallentire.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, Sophie Flanagan, who over-turned a 25 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win. 		Late card. SD Fitness unranked player Kate Dainton to be added for next period.
